Core strength is essential for rugby players. We must be able to with stand multidirectional forces from opposing players as well as produce strength in scrums rocks malls and contact. So, what is the best exercise to do while there are lots of core exercises out there so in this video, I have just gone for exercises that will help mimic the tasks required in rugby.
